/ Why this matters
Waiting is not a strategy.
Every business has them: people who bought twice, liked it, and then simply stopped. They did not churn angrily. They drifted. Drifted customers are the cheapest revenue available to any small business, because the expensive part — trust — is already done.
A quiet inbox is not a sign demand dried up. It is a sign nobody has gone and asked.
This is also the one agent that can genuinely damage you if it is built carelessly, which is why it is deliberately separate from the front desk. Answering someone inside their own 24-hour window is unrestricted. Reaching out cold is a different product with different rules.
- Outside the customer's 24-hour window, every message must use a template pre-approved by Meta.
- Opt-in is required. A number given at checkout for delivery updates is not consent for marketing.
- Opt-outs must be processed within 24 hours. Meta monitors this closely and enforces it through its own policy layer, not TRAI's.
- Since 1 January 2026 India uses per-message pricing, and marketing templates cost materially more than utility ones — so volume for its own sake is now expensive as well as risky.
- Blasting a whole list at once reads to WhatsApp's systems as bulk sending. That is the fastest way to lose a business number.

What it costs you now
- Somebody bought twice, then went quiet. Nobody noticed, so nobody reached out.
- Your best month came from customers you already had, and you have no way to find them again.
- The one time you tried a broadcast, half of it was ignored and you worried about the number.
What changes
- Finds who went quiet, by how long and how much they spent — not "everyone who ever bought".
- Writes and spaces the messages over days so your number never looks like a bulk sender.
- Opt-in only, template-approved, DND-safe, with opt-outs honoured immediately and permanently.
- If there is no genuine reason to message someone, it does not.
/ Watch it work
188 people, six days, and one word that ends it.
What a campaign looks like when it is paced and opt-in — including the reply that removes somebody permanently.
Illustration, not a live feed. Scene one: a segment of 212 people who bought once and went quiet 90+ days ago, narrowed to the 188 who opted in — the other 24 are excluded — and spread across six days rather than sent at once. Scene two: day two, one message referencing what that customer actually looked at, answered and reopened. Scene three: a recipient replies “stop”, is confirmed in three seconds and removed from every future campaign.
/ How it works
Who gets a message, and who does not.
- Bought twice
- One purchase is a trial. Two is a preference. The list starts with people who came back at least once.
- Past your cycle
- Quiet for longer than your natural repeat interval — sixty days for a salon, six months for furniture. Your category sets the clock.
- Reachable properly
- On a channel they actually chose to give you, with consent that covers this kind of message.
- A real reason
- The thing they bought is back, the service is due, their size is in stock. No reason means no message — "we miss you" is not a reason.
- Spaced
- Sent over days, never all at once. Pacing is built into the system rather than left as advice.
- Stops
- One message. If no reply, one follow-up days later. Then that person rests for a full cycle. Opt-outs come off permanently, with no flow designed to talk them out of it.
/ What it's worth
Your numbers, not ours.
The third slider is a guess by definition — nobody knows their win-back rate until they try. Set it low and see if the case still holds.
Turn on JavaScript to use the calculator.
This is arithmetic on the numbers you just entered — not a result we're claiming. It spreads the win-backs across six months rather than assuming they all land at once. The reply figures in our homepage demo are an illustration of the flow, labelled as such there.

/ The other agents
They hand off to each other.
Six specialists, one system, and none of them named after the model they run on — because that part gets replaced, repeatedly, and what they do for your business does not change when it does. Moving you onto the better one is the monthly Run’s job, not yours.
See who went quiet, and what they were worth.
