Skills that make your AI better at the job.

Say what you’re working on. Launch7 shows the skills that help, and what each one can touch.

Not sure what to ask for?

Your AI can tell you what it’s missing.

Help me find out which AI skills would make you more useful for the work I actually do.

A "skill" is a ready-made set of instructions (sometimes with scripts) that an AI loads to do one kind of job well, such as analysing spreadsheets, reviewing code or writing in a set style. A "connector" gives an AI access to an app or data it can't reach on its own, such as Google Drive, GitHub or a database.

1. UNDERSTAND MY WORK
Use what you already know about me: our past conversations, your memory of me, my custom instructions, and any files or projects you can see. If you can read my project files, look at them too.
If you don't know enough to be specific, ask me up to 5 short questions in one message and wait for my answers. Don't guess my job.
Work out:
- what I'm trying to achieve, and the tasks I repeat every week
- how my work flows from start to finish, and where it slows down
- the files and data I work with (types, sources, size)
- the apps and services I use, and where I copy things between them by hand
- the research, writing, coding, analysis and content work I bring to you
- where you are slow or inconsistent for me, or where I have to re-explain things every time
- what you can't do for me at all today (no access, no tool, a file you can't handle)
- which steps could be automated

2. DECIDE WHAT WOULD ACTUALLY HELP
For each gap, choose one:
- SKILL: know-how you would load to do the job better
- CONNECTOR: access to an app or data you can't reach today
- NOTHING NEEDED: you can already do this well and I just need to ask differently (say how)
Only recommend something that would clearly save me time or improve results in work I really do. Fewer, stronger recommendations beat a long list. Don't name specific skills, products or packages: describe the capability. Launch7 will find the actual skills.

3. MATCH EACH NEED TO A LAUNCH7 CODE
Use the closest code from this list. If none fits, write 2 to 4 plain words joined by hyphens instead (for example reconcile-bank-statements). For a connector you can use the app's name (for example notion, github or google-workspace).

4. REPLY IN THIS SHAPE, AND KEEP IT SHORT
If you asked me questions first, reply like this after my answers. Write in the language I use with you; keep the codes as they are.

**How you work:** (two sentences)

**What would help most** (biggest impact first, at most 8)
1. **(the capability, in plain words)** · SKILL or CONNECTOR · `(code)`
Why: (one sentence tied to something I actually do)

**Already fine:** (up to 3 things you already do well with a better prompt, one line each)

**Find these on Launch7:** https://launch7.in/needs/?r=code-1,code-2,code-3
LAUNCH7: code-1, code-2, code-3

In those last two lines, put your codes in place of code-1, code-2, code-3, in the same order as your list. No spaces in the link. Keep names, company names and anything private out of the link and the LAUNCH7 line.
